Calling all Canadians…get your original recipes ready for the Knorr® Stock Exchange™ challenge!

In the Knorr® Stock Exchange™ Canadian home cooks are asked to submit their favourite, original recipes which have been “exchanged” to include Knorr® Homestyle Stock as an ingredient for a chance to win a trip for two to London, England. Knorr® Homestyle Stock makes it quick and easy to add base flavour to favourite dishes any day of the week. From stews to stir-fries, risotto to rice pilaf and everything in between…Canadians are encouraged to enter original recipes to www.Knorr.ca ! Enter any time between August 16, 2010 and September 12, 2010, and describe how exchanging Knorr® Homestyle Stock for an ingredient has helped their cooking experience whether by TASTE, TIME or EASE.

A panel of judges from Knorr® will select the top ten submitted eligible recipes from across Canada based on their effective exchange and the ways their recipes were improved. The top ten will be posted on www.Knorr.ca from September 20, 2010 to October 10, 2010 for Canadians to vote.

Based on votes, the top three recipes will then be evaluated by Michelin star rated Chef Marco Pierre White, along with Quebec Chef Jérôme Ferrer. The eligible grand prize winner will spend the day with Chef Marco and enjoy a meal at one of his restaurants in London, England!
