A history of innovation 

Vim was launched in Canada in 1980. First product that was introduced was Vim Cream. Initially, the brand focused on cream cleansers for the kitchen and bathroom, underpinned by its famous 'Skater' ads, which highlighted how scouring powders can 'scratch like skates on ice'. Later on in 1990s Vim has introduced new innovation in to the cleaning category: Microliquid, Vim Bathroom Spray and Vim Kitchen Spray. In 2001 Vim extended its product range in to floor cleaners category launching Vim Oxy-Gel. More recently, Vim has extended its core strength – its 'strong yet gentle' cream heritage – into new arenas, giving consumers greater flexibility and convenience, latest example being Vim Thick Bleach.
