That’s why we created the Campaign for Real Beauty
The Campaign for Real Beauty is Dove’s long-term commitment to broadening the definition of beauty and portraying it as something that is inclusive, attainable and rooted in taking good care of one’s self.
This global campaign was inspired by findings of The Real Truth About Beauty: A Global Report, which concluded that women want to see more diverse images of physical attractiveness and images that reflect the vision of beauty real women have, versus the ones currently portrayed in popular culture.
It is our hope that the Campaign for Real Beauty will motivate women to challenge beauty stereotypes and inspire them to embrace their own beauty.
Caring for the next generation of women - The Dove Self-Esteem Fund
The Dove Self-Esteem Fund was developed to be a force of positive change in the way women and young girls perceive and embrace beauty. We are passionate about and committed to building the self-esteem of girls – the next generation of women – to help them embrace a more positive view of themselves. To make change possible, the Dove Self-Esteem Fund focuses its efforts in two areas of activity:
Developing and distributing free resources that enable and empower women and girls to embrace a broad definition of beauty.
Providing resources to organizations that foster a broader definition of beauty.
